Asthma Clinic – This is carried out during surgery. Please book as a routine appointment at reception. You can attend this service without a referral.
Baby Clinic With Health Visitor – The baby clinic is now held at Hillside Primary Care Centre. This service is for weighing and baby checks. For more information please call 020 3188 7399.

Child Immunisations – Our Practice Nurse does all the Childhood Imuunisations. Please book an appointment with the receptionist on 020 8961 1183.

COPD Clinic With Spirometry – This is available in routine appointments with the doctor.

Dietician – Provided In-House & Available on NHS – This service requires a referral by your GP.
Hormonal Injections / Implants – We provide Hormonal injections. Implants are referred to the family planning clinic.

This service requires a referral by your GP.

Joint Injections – This service requires a referral by your GP.
Learning Disability Health Check – You can attend this service without a referral.
Phlebotomy – Bloods can only be taken in the morning due to hospital collection times. Bloods can only be taken at the request of the doctors. This service is by appointment with the nurse.

Smoking Cessation Clinic – Please contact reception if you want to stop smoking, they will book you an appointment with the smoking cessation advisor.

Electronic Prescription Service – This GP offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or “nominate” a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you nominated. This means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
